    You can track the status of your loan application using below mentioned multiple ways.

    • Mobile number - At the time of loan application, you have provided your mobile number to the Tata Capital. You can use this for online application tracking as well
    • PAN - - At the time of loan application, you have provided PAN number to the Tata Capital. You can use this PAN for online application tracking as well

  • Q4. What are the details that I should keep handy at the time of checking the status of my Loan application?

    At the time of checking the status of your loan application, you will be required to keep a few details handy such as mobile phone number or PAN which you may have provided in loan application. Basis these details you will be able to retrieve the status of loan application.

  • Q5. The status of my loan application is not being displayed on online portal. What should I do now?

    In case your loan application status is not being displayed on the portal, you are advised to get in touch with the us on 1860 267 6060. Please note this is not toll free.

  • Q6. What should I do if my loan application is rejected?

    If your loan application has been rejected, there might be a number of reasons behind it. Banks and NBFCs take under consideration several factors such as your credit score, other active loan accounts, your credit history, and loan repayment history. If your loan application has been rejected, there are high chances that one or more of the criteria mentioned above have not been fulfilled. In such cases, the best option would be to apply for a secured loan (in case of emergency) or wait for your credit history and credit score to improve and then apply for the same.

  • Q7. I have lost the loan application reference number. What can I do to track the status of my loan now?

    At Tata Capital, you can track status of your loan by providing Mobile number or PAN, which you have given at the time of loan application. You can use this for online application tracking as well.

  • Q8. How can I check the status of my loan application offline?

    Online mode is the easiest way to keep track of your loan application status Click Here (Live TMA link here). However, if you still need to check offline then please contact us on 1860 267 6060 between 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday (Except Public Holidays and Sundays).

    You can track online application status for all retail products like. Personal Loan / Business Loan /Home Loan/ Auto Loan /Car Loan/Loan Against Property.

  • Q10. How can I receive the OTP?

    The OTP will be received on the registered mobile number.

  • Q11. Where is the name of the Application displayed?

    The name of the application is displayed in the left side of the application.

  • Q12. Which application can be viewed here?

    All the applications for which the user has applied can be displayed here.

  • Q13. How can I view the status of the application?

    The status of the application is viewed under the application name.

  • Q14. How can I view the application?

    The applications can be viewed by clicking on “View Application” button.

  • Q15. Can I be able to edit the application here?

    No, the application cannot be edited only the user can view it.

  • Q16. How can I upload the documents?

    The documents can be uploaded by clicking on “Upload Documents” button.

  • Q17. When Can I upload the documents?

    The documents can be uploaded when the application status is “New Application Received”.

  • Q18. When Can I upload the documents?

    All the documents mentioned in the “Upload Document” section should be uploaded.

  • Q19. How can I upload the documents?

    Click on Upload Document button → Check the list of documents which need to be uploaded → Check the Max and Min size of the document → Check the format in which the document should be uploaded → Click on the upload button → Add the documents as mentioned.

  • Q20. Do I need to upload Original documents?

    Yes, Original Documents should be uploaded.
