Mr. Sarosh Amaria is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the financial services domain, he is currently serving as the Managing Director of Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd (TCHFL), a Housing Finance arm of Tata Group.

At the helm of TCHFL, Mr. Amaria navigates with a broad product range like mortgage loans that empower aspiring home owners to financing solutions for real estate projects. Catering to the diverse needs of both retail and corporate customers his leadership extends to tailored offerings for affordable housing both urban and rural, Lease Rental Discounting, Project Finance, and Working Capital Loans.

Mr. Amaria carries a badge of Tata veteran with over two and a half decades of association with the Tata group, marking his initial affiliation with its flagship company, Tata Motors. Throughout his journey, he has undertaken a series of significant roles, making notable contributions to the treasury team of Tata Motors and undertaking an international assignment as Head of Treasury and Business Planning at Tata Daewoo, South Korea.

Joining Tata Capital as a pivotal member of its founding team in 2007, Mr. Amaria played an instrumental role in the growth of the Commercial & SME Finance Division by effectively catering to a wide customer spectrum of SMEs, Mid-market companies, Large Corporates, and PSUs.

In his previous role as the Managing Director of Tata Capital Financial Services Limited (TCFSL), Mr. Amaria's purview included responsibilities of products such as Commercial and SME Finance, Retail Consumer Loans encompassing Business Loans, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Loan Against Property, as well as Wealth Management and Microfinance.
