Trend of annual disposal of complaints
Whenever we receive Customer Complaint on a designated email id or on our email IDs or through letter or on the regulatory websites our DP team analyses the case and responds back to the Investor within 7 days. If the Complaint requires Compliance concurrence then the mail is forwarded to the Compliance team for their views. Compliance team then sends the response to the Client and update the regulator accordingly. Further Client has to mention his BO ID/PAN no while raising the query/complaint. Response is provided on the client Query/Complaint mail only.
