What are the documents needed to apply for a home loan for a housing project approved by Tata Capital?

You can get a home loan for an approved project with us by submitting some basic documents only. These include your KYC documents, photo identity proof, address proof, income proof, age proof, and a cheque for the processing fee. The maximum amount that you can borrow from us depends on factors such as your age, monthly income, credit score, etc.
