Types of Hybrid Term Loan offered at Tata capital

Monthly Hybrid Term Loan

  • Under this original assigned sanctioned Hybrid Term Loan amount shall decrease every month by an equal amount till the tenure of loan facility ends. 

  • Dropdown amount is calculated as sanctioned amount divided by total tenure of the loan. 

  • During the tenure customers will be charged interest on utilized amount and principal due (if any) on a monthly basis

Fixed plus Monthly Hybrid Term Loan

  • Original assigned sanctioned Hybrid Term Loan amount remains fixed for first 12 months. 

  • After 12 completed months of fixed tenor, the original assigned amount shall start decreasing every month by an equal amount till the tenure of loan facility ends

  • Dropdown amount is calculated as sanctioned amount divided by dropline tenor of the loan

  • During the Fixed period only interest on utilized amount is deducted. After completion of fixed tenure, interest on utilized amount along with principal due (if any) will be deducted
