HOME LOAN PAYMENT OPTIONS

Deduction Against Salary (DAS)

If your employer agrees in writing, then you can make the payment of the monthly instalments directly from your salary. Just make sure to authorise your employer to deduct your payment from your salary and direct it to Tata Capital.

Post Dated Cheques (PDC)

We understand that it takes a long time to repay a home loan. Which is why, you can provide 36 Post-dated cheques upfront and periodically issue fresh PDCs at least 3 months prior to expiry of the current PDCs or as and when called upon by the company. We accept this facility if Auto Debit or ECS is not possible.
