What are the Documents Required for an Hybrid Term Business Loan?

When you apply for a Hybrid Term Loan with a lender, it asks you to submit certain documents to check your eligibility. Although the documents required for any loan application may differ from one lending institution to another, there are some common documents that you have to submit irrespective of the lender.

At Tata Capital, we provide Hybrid Term Loan with minimum documents and easy eligibility criteria. We ask only for some basic loan documents from our customers, which include a loan application form, photo identity proof, address proof, business ownership proof, and proof of income. 

Documents Required to avail a Hybrid Term Loan?

You can avail of a Tata Capital Hybrid Term Loan by submitting only a handful of documents. You can submit these documents directly at your nearest Tata Capital branch or upload them on our website.

KYC Documents

Under the KYC or Know Your Customer Documents, you’re required to submit a photo identity proof and an address proof of yours. These include a copy of your PAN Card along with a copy of your Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License, or Passport.

Business vintage proof

You’re also required to submit proof of your business ownership. It can be your Business Registration Certificate, Trade License, Establishment, GST Registration Certificate, or a certified copy of the Partnership Deed Agreement or Sole Proprietorship Declaration.

Income Proof (for loan requirement of > 10 Lacs )

You can submit your last two years’ Income Tax Returns (ITRs) and Computation of Income, last two years’ Audited Financial with Tax Audit Report, profit-loss statements of the last two years, or balance sheet (duly audited by a Chartered Accountant)

Bank Statements & GST returns

You’re also required to submit your current account bank statements and GST statements for the last six months.

Please note that this documents list is indicative. The exact documents required for business loan may vary from case to case based on our assessment program. However, the KYC documents and six-month bank statements are common documents required in each case.
